棉短绒漂白整包项目火热安装中 Cotton Linter Bleaching Project

福建轻机承接的60tpd棉短绒漂白整包项目为韩国公司投资在乌兹别克斯坦的项目，原料棉短绒，生产的浆料主要用于印钞，生产系统采用Bivis工艺+ 2段漂白。

FJLIME undertakes Turn-key Bleaching Project for the production of cotton linter pulp with high viscosity in Uzbekistan invested by Korean Company.

The system uses Bivis process with 2 stage bleaching, the final pulp is applicable for bank note.

继2019年承接该项目的一期工程成功投产运营后，于2020年开始承包二期漂白工段，含项目设计，设备、控制、仪表和辅材供货，物流以及安装、调试、开机。

Following the successful commercial run of 1st phase project provided by FJLIME in 2019, FJLIME is entrusted to provide 2nd phase project of bleaching system from 2020, the scope refers to all facilities including engineering design, supply of all mechanical, electrical & controls, instrument components, transportation, installation and test-run.

疫情当下，共克时艰，福建轻机服务团队于2021年11月中旬抵达现场，投入安装服务工作，目前进度有条不紊，安装已基本完善。

Although a hardship period caused by Covid, FJLIME’s service team has arrived User’s site to manage the installation work with progress orderly.

The installation has been basically completed.
