污泥螺旋压榨脱水机/ Sludge Screw Press Hydrating Machine
用 途 ：
对造纸污泥产生压缩作用，达到脱水目的。与浓缩机匹配形成的污泥脱水系统对污泥压缩浓度达48-50%;压缩后的污泥 可进入焚烧炉进行燃烧。
结构特点：
根据不同原料和产能的要求，设计不同规格锥形压缩螺旋，配有小孔径的脱水筛框。物料出口装有反压装置，通过调整气控压力调节出料通道大小进一步提高物料浓度。要使物料达到可焚烧程度，在设备前要有与其匹配的浓缩机同时通入适量的蒸汽。
本设备性能稳定，运行成本低，可对不通用户进行设备的灵活配置。
Application:
Compression effects on sludge from paper making for dewatering. The consistency will be 48-50%, the compressed sludge can be burn.
Design Features:
For the requirement of different material and capacity, we design different cone screw including dewatering basket. Con- press device rise up the consistency of material.
To bring the material to burn level, need some steam when processing. This equipment running stable, low cost and flexible configuration.
