ZSQ系列轻渣分离器/ ZSQ Series Light Impurity Separator
用 途 ：
主要用于废纸制浆生产中处理粗筛选工段的轻杂质及尾浆。
结构特点：
主要由壳体、出浆盘、筛板、转子装置、传动转置等组成。壳体成倒圆锥形、凹凸顶结构有利于强大涡流形成，并有助于轻杂质的有效排出及重杂质的沉降。
该设备采用升流进浆的方式，利用转子的高速旋转，在壳体内产生强大的涡流，轻杂渣质聚集在涡流中心，从壳体中心部排出;纤维束和浆料在转子和筛板间得到进一步疏解， 良浆通过筛板由良浆口排出;重杂质沉淀在筛板外侧的沉渣沟中，定期通过沉渣罐排出。Application：

Design Features:
Mainly composed of machine body, pulp outlet plate, screen plate, rotor device, drive device, etc. The machine body is designed in special structure to achieve strong turbulence so as to separate the fiber, light reject and heavy reject, as well as to remove the light reject and heavy reject.
Adopting pulping feeding in upflow form, the high-speed rotation of the rotor, which produces a strong turbulence inside the screeen, which is gathered in the center of the vortex and is discharged from the center of the screen. Fiber bundle and stock are defibered between rotor and screen plate. The accepts is discharged out of accept outlet through screen plate. The heavy impurities accumulates in the rejects groove outside the screen plate and is periodically discharged through the sediment tank.
