弧形筛/ HS Series Bow Screen
用 途 :
弧形筛适用于造纸制浆白水纤维回收,设备无转动和振动部件,不需动力传动, 操作简单可靠。
结构特点:
采用压力喷射上料结构设计,液体物料通过唇板开度可调的进料箱以切线的方向喷射到弧形板上,喷射力推动物料通过弧形板的表面,依靠物料的喷射力和重量作用使液体和细小颗粒物通过筛板的缝隙,汇总到滤液出口,不能通过筛缝的固形物被筛板阻隔并沿着料流的方向流动到出料口实现固液分离。
Application:
Bow screen is used for fiber recovery from white water in the process of paper & pulp making. Without rotation and vibration parts, the bow screen works without motor and it’s simple and reliable in operation.
Design Features
Adopting upflow feeding structure design with pressure injection, liquid material is sprayed onto the curved plate in a tangential direction through a feed box with adjustable lip plate, the jet power pushes material forward through the surface of the curved plate. Depending on the jet power and gravity, the liquid and the fine particles pass through the gap of the screen plate, then aggregated to the filtrate outlet. The solids which can not be screened through the screen slots will be blocked by screen plate and flow to the discharge outlet along the direction of the material flow so the solid-liquid separation can be achieved.
