ZDS系列损纸碎浆机/ ZDS Series Broke Pulper
用 途 ：
用于到达纸机干燥部前的湿损纸和在干燥部、施胶机、卷纸机和复卷机开机和断纸产生的干损纸和纸机生产时产生的废纸的再碎解。
结构特点:
损纸碎浆机必须能够接受纸机在断纸和引纸时的全部产物，还必须处理成形部和干燥部的切边，因此损纸碎浆机的设计必须保证在纸机断纸的需要。
必须根据纸机的速度、宽幅、所操造纸张的克重进行能力计算，计算出合适的槽体容积，并选配相应的转子直径和转子总成数量以及匹配的电机功率。
损纸碎浆机由槽体、溜板、转子、筛板和传动总成装置、喷淋装置等组成。
Application：
The broke pulper is to defiber the wet broke from press part, and dried broke from drying part, sizing part, reel part, rewinder part, as well as the break-down paper.
Design Features:
The broke pulper can design to accept all the paper from paper machine during production.
The broke pulper is composed of pulper vat, chute plate, rotor, screen plate, drive, spraying device and so on.
