Design Features
Good adaptability with high production capacity.it is widely applied in wood pulp,straw pulp,bagasse pulp,waster paper pulp and machanical pulp. It boasts its high capacity and efficiency.
M.C.coarse screen adopts energy-saving sword-shaped rotor, whose structure is developed with application of fluid dynamics .3D structure of rotor blades strengthen turbulence inside screen to promote rejects dis- charging ratio,sa well as to avoid pulp thickening. It aslo slows down linear speed of rotor to achieve high capacity.Corugated basket which aim at better performance and high throughput is integrated with upflow design to save 30-60 % power consumption and improve screen effi- ciency.
M.C.fine screen is designed as bar-type slot screen.slot size is different depended on various pulp and engineering conditions.its LR rotor is designed with wedge-shape blocks ,which ensure flow speed and posi- tive and negative pressure of pulp.
