ZSW系列双圆网浓缩机/ ZSW Series Double-Wire Cylinder Thickener
用 途:
用于各种浆料的浓缩。两只相同的圆网直径的固定圆网和与浮动的加压圆网相互挤压。进浆浓度3-5%的浆料挤压脱水成 出浆浓度25%以上的浆料。
结构特点:
固定网笼装在固定的机座上。浮动的网笼装在活动支座与加压气胎上。两只圆网由涡轮蜗杆传动使其反向旋转,两边蜗杆由可以轴向滑动的万向节接头相连。由同一变频电机驱动。两只网笼布上不同网目的网布,当圆网转动,同时对气胎进行加压,浮动网笼向固定网笼靠近,由圆网内外差作用自然脱水后的浆料进入两只圆网之间进行挤压浓缩,由于两只网笼的目数不同,其表面张力也不同,浓缩后的浆料必然依附在表面张力大的网笼上向外旋出,经过安装在该网笼上的刮刀落入输出螺旋送至出浆口。
该设备结构紧凑,能耗低、占地面积小,是一种经济适用的浆料浓缩设备。
Application:
thickening various kind of stock.
It presses pulp with fixed cylinder and floating pressurizing cylinder which are the same in cylinder wire diameter to reach the outlet consistency of 25% from 3-5% inlet consistency.
Design Features:
The fixed cylinder wire is installed on the fixed seat, while the floating cylinder wire is installed on the movable support seat and pressure pneumatic tire. Both cylinders are driven by worms and gears to rotated in reverse direction. Gears on both cylinders are connected with universal joints which are driven by by the same variable frequency motor. The two wire with different mesh, as the cylinder wire rotates, press the pneumatic trie.
Floating cage approaching the fixed cage, due to the pressure difference inside and outside the cylinder wire, after the natural dehydration, the stock enters between the two cylinder wire for pressing and thickening , due to the different mesh of the two cage, the surface tension force is also different. After thickening the stock attached to the cage whose surface tension force is bigger then rotate outward falls into the discharging screw and is sent to the pulp outlet through the scraper installed on the cage .
It is an economical stock thickening equipment with compact structure design, low energy consumption, less space requirement.
